Flight Plans

In lawful systems, flight plans are not just background flavour.

They create expectations.

A pilot declares a destination, route, corridor, arrival time and behaviour. If they arrive late, go dark, visit the wrong station, or fail to rebroadcast important messages, trust can degrade.
